Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for reasons related to the customer’s preferences. Please confirm the specifications, price, and quantity before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges Due to Product Defects
We take great care in ensuring the quality of the products we deliver. However, if there is a defect or a discrepancy with the ordered items (except in the cases listed below), we will offer a replacement or refund.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (inclusive of the delivery date).
If the product is in stock, we will send you a new, undamaged item. Any fees associated with the exchange will be fully covered by us.
(If the item is out of stock, we will process a return instead. In this case, the return fees will also be covered by us.)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1.Products that have been used or worn.
2.Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer (including products with scents such as perfume or tobacco, crushed or damaged packaging).
3.Customized products (such as alterations, hemming, or printed items).
4.Products that have been washed or dry cleaned after receipt.
5.Products that are more than 7 days past the delivery date.
6.Made-to-order products.
7.Products that are marked as non-returnable on the product details page.
8.Products purchased from other stores.
Please note that depending on the condition of the product, we may not be able to accept returns.

Refund Method
The refund amount will be the price of the product, excluding shipping fees. For credit card payments, the refund will be processed through a charge reversal or cancellation.
Depending on the billing cycle or processing time of the credit card company, the change may reflect in the following month.
