Shipping Fees
For each order placed on this website (hereinafter referred to as "our shop"), shipping fees are as follows:
・Free shipping on purchases of 150 USD / 130 EUR or more
・Flat shipping fee of 4,500 JPY for purchases under 150 USD / 130 EUR

※The USD and EUR amounts are approximate and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. The actual condition for free shipping is a purchase of 22,000 JPY or more.
※Japanese consumption tax does not apply to international shipments.
※Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Method
We use international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and EMS.
Shipping methods are selected by our shop, and customers cannot choose a specific carrier.
We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots.

Shipping Schedule
For items in stock, unless otherwise noted, we will ship your order within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
Shipping may be delayed in the following situations:
1.During year-end/New Year, summer, or winter holidays, or temporary closures
2.If the customer is unavailable to receive the package
3.Due to high-volume shipping periods (e.g., holiday seasons), natural disasters, traffic conditions, weather, pandemics, etc.
4.If the volume of orders exceeds our expectations or warehouse/shipping capacity
5.If otherwise specified on the product detail page or promotional site
6.In the case of pre-orders, made-to-order items, or restock reservations

Failure to Receive Products
If a customer fails to receive the package due to reasons such as long-term absence, our shop reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

Shipping Delays or Inability to Ship
We are not liable for any delays or inability to ship due to unavoidable circumstances, such as:
・Natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, etc.)
・War, riots, civil unrest, terrorism
・Infectious diseases
・Legal changes, government actions, or regulations
・Strikes or transportation/communication failures

Damages During Shipping
We take care to pack products securely to avoid damage to the outer box.
However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, damage or issues may occur during transit.
Minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the functionality of the product are not covered for compensation.

Customs & Import Policy for International Shipping
・Import duties or taxes may be charged when the package arrives in the destination country.
・These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (customer).
・Our shop has no control over these fees, and customs policies and tax rates vary by country.
・Please consult your local customs office for details.
・We are not responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, or shipping delays caused by customs procedures.
・If a customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes and the package is returned, the customer will be fully responsible for the following:
 1. Original and return shipping fees
 2. Customs handling charges
 3. Any other related costs
・If a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect contact information provided by the customer, all shipping costs will also be the customer’s responsibility.
・Reshipping of the order will incur the standard international shipping fee applicable to the destination country.
・Due to legal regulations, we cannot declare a lower product value or mark the package as a “gift.”

Additional Important Information
Countries/Regions We Cannot Ship To
Due to political, legal, or carrier restrictions, we may not be able to ship to certain countries or regions.
If this applies to your order, we will contact you to propose a cancellation or an alternative arrangement.

Shipping Delays & Disclaimer
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, political situations, customs congestion, or air transport issues.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such delays (e.g., missed delivery deadlines for gifts).
Please place your order with this understanding.

Tracking Information
For orders shipped using trackable methods, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
However, in some countries or with certain carriers, tracking updates may be delayed. Your patience is appreciated.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and respond.
Eligibility for compensation depends on the selected shipping method and the policies of the carrier.
If you are concerned, we recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance.

Region-Specific Customs Information
United States
In the United States, orders valued under $800 may be exempt from import duties under the “de minimis” rule.
However, this exemption may not apply in all cases and is subject to change.
Please verify the latest regulations with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

European Union (EU)
As of July 1, 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), regardless of order value, under EU e-commerce regulations.
You may be contacted by your local postal service or customs office to pay VAT and any applicable handling fees before delivery.
Note: We currently do not collect VAT on behalf of the EU under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system.
